Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using myline (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. myline is operated by WorkXPlay Pte. Ltd. (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use myline. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Your handle is permanent and uniquely identifies you on myline — it cannot be changed or transferred. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at support@myline.me.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you post on myline (“User Content”). By posting, you grant myline a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for your content. You must not post content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or that infringes any third-party rights.

5. Prohibited Conduct

  • Impersonating any person or entity
  • Posting spam, unsolicited advertising, or pyramid schemes
  • Attempting to access accounts or systems without authorisation
  • Scraping or harvesting data from the Service without permission
  • Distributing malware or harmful code
  • Circumventing or disabling security features

6. Community Ground Rules

myline champions freedom of expression and welcomes diverse opinions, perspectives, and lived experiences. However, we do not tolerate:

  • Profanities or vulgar language
  • Trolling, baiting, or deliberately provocative behaviour
  • Name-calling, personal attacks, or bullying
  • Negative or destructive commenting on an author’s post

Healthy discussion and respectful debate are encouraged — but participants must remain civil, stay open to differing viewpoints, and remember there is a real person behind every post.

Posts that violate these rules may be shadow-banned or removed without notice. Repeated or serious violations may result in account suspension, followed by permanent deletion of the offending account.

7. Intellectual Property

All non-user content on myline — including the logo, design, software, and text — is the property of WorkXPlay Pte. Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without our written consent.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your public content may be retained for a reasonable period before deletion.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, myline shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
